A few months back, my friend and colleague Rich Maltzman and I published a book called ‘How to Facilitate Productive Project Planning Meetings.” (Available in paperback and Kindle). Since then we’ve been getting endless requests to speak on the (we naively believed) humble topic. I presented yesterday at University of New Hampshire and Rich and I were also honored to speak at a webinar for PMI Northern Italy.
